By accessing our pages or purchasing or using our product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

ZOE Awakening is a digital product consisting of an application and a members area. Access is fully digital — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped to you.

Subject to these Terms and to payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the product for your own personal use.

ZOE Awakening is intended for spiritual and personal-development purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care or advice from a qualified professional.

Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Nothing in the product should be relied upon as a promise of any specific outcome.

All purchases are processed by Digistore24 acting as reseller. Digistore24 Inc. is located at 360 Central Avenue, Suite 800, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, United States. Your contract of sale for the product is concluded with Digistore24 as reseller, subject to Digistore24's own terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Depending on your bank or card provider, the charge on your statement may appear with a descriptor such as ZOEAWAKENING.

Some plans are offered as recurring subscriptions billed automatically on a monthly basis until you cancel. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize these recurring charges through Digistore24.

You can cancel at any time using any of the following:

• The cancellation link in your Digistore24 order or purchase-confirmation email;
• The Digistore24 buyer / order portal; or
• By emailing us at support@app-genesis.com and we will assist you.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access generally continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase.

To request a refund, email us at support@app-genesis.com with the email address used at purchase. Refunds are processed through Digistore24 as reseller.

When using the service, you agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your access or the content to others;
• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content except as expressly permitted;
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security, access controls, or payment systems;
• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the application.

All content, materials, software, text, graphics, audio, and other elements of ZOE Awakening are owned by Genesis Media Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited license described in these Terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis Media Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the content on this page. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
