Terms of Use — ZOE Mobile App

The app is a companion to the ZOE Awakening program. It gives people who already own the program a place to follow the daily ritual, write gratitude and prayer offerings, watch the video series, and listen to the audio sessions.

Nothing is sold inside the app. It contains no purchases, no subscriptions, no prices, and no checkout. If you do not already own the program, the app has nothing to show you.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal and non-commercial use, for as long as your access to the program remains valid.

This licence does not allow you to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute your access or the content to anyone else;
• Copy, reproduce, record, or create derivative works from the content, except as expressly permitted;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app;
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with access controls or security;
• Use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

The app has no sign-up and no password. You enter the email address you used when you bought the program; our server checks it against our record of purchases and creates your session. No code or password is sent to you.

Because your email address is the only credential, please keep access to that mailbox secure and do not share the address you use to sign in. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Journey → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your progress and everything you have written.

You buy the ZOE Awakening program on our website, not in the app. Depending on where you bought it, your purchase is processed by our authorized reseller — ClickBank or Digistore24. Your contract of sale is with that reseller, subject to their own terms and conditions and privacy policy. The charge on your statement will carry that reseller's descriptor, which is why it may not read as "ZOE".

Refunds and cancellations are handled by the reseller, not in the app. Use the link in your purchase-confirmation email or that reseller's buyer portal, or email us at support@app-genesis.com and we will help you find the right one.

If your purchase is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, we may end your access to the program and the app.

ZOE Awakening is intended for spiritual and personal-development purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care or advice from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need care, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Nothing in the app should be relied upon as a promise of any specific outcome.

The prayer you receive at the Altar is generated automatically by a language model from the gratitude you write. It is produced by software, not reviewed by a person before you see it, and may occasionally be imperfect or unexpected. Treat it as a reflective prompt, not as advice or as a statement of fact.

The gratitude and prayer offerings you write remain yours. We store them so the app can show them back to you, and we do not publish them, sell them, or use them for advertising. You can delete them by deleting your account.

All content, materials, software, text, graphics, audio, video, and other elements of the app are owned by Genesis Media Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited licence described above.

These Terms are between you and Genesis Media Group LLC only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. The app stores are not parties to this agreement and are not responsible for the app or its content.

For the app distributed through the Apple App Store, the following also apply:

• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app;
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (which is zero); beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app;
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation;
• We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that the app infringes that third party's intellectual property rights;
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the app, at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access — playback of video and audio depends on your internet connection and on third-party services.

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if your purchase is refunded or charged back, or if we are required to do so by law.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis Media Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the program in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the content on this page and update the date at the top. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
